Our Opportunities
Warehouse Coordinator
Salary: £15,600                            Hours: 30 per week                                                Location: Ashford
We are looking for an energetic and capable Warehouse Coordinator, to support the general daily warehouse work activities as needs require. The role will be varied and involve working across all areas of our operation, providing flexible support to the warehouse managers and volunteer team.

Senior Early Years Practitioner (Baby Room)
Salary: £22,256            Hours: 40 per week (can be flexible or TTO)           Location: Sittingbourne
We are seeking exceptional room leader candidates for our full day care nursery. You will be an experienced level 3 practitioner or higher providing the highest quality teaching and care to our children, whilst leading and inspiring the whole team.

Creche Workers - Level 2 or 3
Salary: £9.18 to £9.80 ph (plus holiday pay)    Hours: Variable   Location: Swale, Maidstone and Medway
We are recruiting professionals with NVQ 2 or 3 in childcare to expand our bank of sessional childcare staff. You will need to be passionate about working with children and committed to the highest standards of customer service. Hours will vary according to the needs of the client’s nurseries or crèches. If you are interested, please review the job description and person specification below.

Please note that our application form includes declarations for those applying to be employed in childcare in any of our nurseries. We can not employ anyone in relevant childcare if they are disqualified from working with children under the Childcare Act 2006 and the Childcare (Disqualification) and Childcare (Early Years Provision Free of Charge) (Extended Entitlement) (Amendment) Regulations 2018. The following guidance provided by the Department for Education helps explain what this means and details the Relevant Offences and Relevant Orders that lead to disqualification:

Disqualification Under the Childcare Act 2006

For those working under the Statutory Framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage, employees are expected to disclose any convictions, cautions, court orders, reprimands and warnings that may affect their suitability to work with children, whether received before or during employment.

For those applying to work under the Statutory Framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage as a qualified early years practitioner, we can only accept qualifications that the Department for Education considers to be 'full and relevant'. A periodically updated list of these qualifications can be found here:
