Our team are able to provide free confidential advice and support tailored to the needs of your client.

Our Advisors can help your client with:
  • Energy efficiency support and advice to save money on their energy bills.
  • Safety information about carbon monoxide & a FREE CO monitor.
  • PSR – Information about the Priority Services Register and sign them up to get priority help, when there is a problem with their gas or water supply.
  • FREE Energy efficiency products to help keep them warm, save money and reduce damp and mould in their homes.
  • Benefit Entitlement Checks and Income Maximisation.
  • Boiler Servicing and Replacement (Subject to availability).
  • Emergency and Crisis Fuel Support.
